How law enforcement can request information from UBee.

These guidelines explain how WooWay LLC responds to requests from law enforcement. We are privacy-first and hold minimal data.

Legal process

We require valid legal process appropriate to the request (e.g., subpoena, court order, or warrant under U.S. law, or a valid equivalent in your jurisdiction). We disclose only what the law requires.

Emergency requests

In cases involving an imminent risk of death or serious bodily harm, we will review emergency disclosure requests promptly.

Preservation

We honor valid preservation requests for data we hold.

Send requests to legal@ubee.social, including the legal basis and a return contact. Notice to affected users may be provided unless prohibited by law.
