Terms of Service

The agreement between you and WooWay LLC for using UBee.

Welcome to UBee, a social networking service operated by WooWay LLC ("UBee", "we", "us"), a Virginia limited liability company. By creating an account or using UBee, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Who can use UBee

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use UBee. UBee is open to everyone, regardless of where you are from.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or create accounts to evade enforcement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You may not use UBee to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others; to share illegal content; or to interfere with the service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant UBee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the content you share.

5. Hometown and location

Hometown and current-location information is self-reported and manually entered. UBee does not track your GPS. This information is used to connect you with relevant communities and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Units

UBee may display "Units," a cosmetic in-app counter with no monetary value. Units are governed by the Units disclaimer; they cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, or redeemed.

7. Moderation and termination

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies. We operate a repeat-infringer policy and report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by law.

8. Intellectual property

UBee's name, logo, and software are owned by WooWay LLC. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

UBee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooWay LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, except where applicable local law grants you other rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change.
